Congress Registration
Registration fee for the 12th annual Automotive News Europe Congress is as follows:

• Registration fee 2008 EUR 1,850.-

Full payment entitles delegates to attend on:

Sunday 18 May - Italdesign-Giugiaro 40th anniversary celebrations (subject to availability);

Monday 19 May - the optional morning tour to Fiat, welcome lunch, afternoon congress sessions and the evening reception and 25 Leading Women dinner at La Venaria Reale;
Tuesday 20 May - the congress sessions, including lunch, the evening receptions and congress dinner at Palazzina Caccia di Stupinigi, plus any other related congress refreshments and receptions.

Accompanying Person Registration EUR 290
This fee is only for accompanying partners of registered delegates and
includes attendance at the welcome reception and 25 Leading Women dinner on Monday 19 May and at the receptions and congress dinner at Palazzina Caccia di Stupinigi on Tuesday 20 May.

Registration / Confirmation
All participants must complete a registration form either in writing, or online and forward the form via mail/fax/e-mail to the Automotive News Europe Congress Secretariat, (NetWork Events Ltd), together with full payment for the registration fee and any accommodations. On receipt of your registration form, a booking confirmation invoice will be sent, together with joining instructions.

Delegate Substitutions
Full substitutions may be made at no additional charge. Please notify the Secretariat in writing, in order for us to amend all appropriate congress records.

Registration Cancellation
Please advise the Automotive News Europe Congress Secretariat, (NetWork Events Ltd), in writing, if you need to cancel. On or before 21 March 2008 there is a standard charge for cancellations of EUR 250 for congress registrations and EUR 75 for accompanying persons. From 22 March 2008, the cancellation charge is 100% on all registrations. Registered participants who fail to attend the Congress will also be liable for the full fee.

Hotel Booking and Cancellation
The ANE Congress Secretariat (NetWork Events) holds an allocation of rooms in Turin. The ANE Congress venue is the Lingotto Fiere situated next to Le Meridien Lingotto. All rooms will be booked on a first come, first served basis. The rates include breakfast, service and taxes.

Rooms cancelled, or reductions in room nights, on or before 21 March 2008 are subject to a one night cancellation charge and after 22 March 2008 100% cancellation charges, unless the Congress Secretariat is able to resell this accommodation in which case there will be an administration charge of EUR 80. The administration for all late accommodation cancellations will be dealt with after the Congress. All bookings/cancellations must be made in writing to NetWork Events.

Congress Program / Payment Currency
Automotive News Europe reserves the right to substitute congress speakers and change the program, if necessary, without prior notice to delegates. Fees for the Congress are quoted in Euros (EUR).

Speaker Presentations
These will only be available on the Automotive News Europe website after the Congress, if permission to distribute has been given by individual speakers or their companies.
